Welcome on this naturist part of my site. My name is Hans van der Ham and my
wife's name is Gon. As a child, I was often called "Hammie". So this explains the
name of this site.
Naturism for my wife and I is a "way of life". Just to avoid
misunderstanding: nudism is only a part of naturism. Briefly stated: naturism is
having respect for human being and nature. Feeling free, mentally and
physically. My wife and I regularly go abroad, to naturism destinations. Our
favorite spot is Crete. We love going to a sauna as well. Walking across the
dunes and the beaches afterwards, is a pleasure for both of us. Also going to an
exotic restaurant (Argentine, Mexican, Greek) is one of our favorite pastimes.

We have been on Naturist holidays in Spain, Croatia, Crete and France.
Holland:
In our own Holland, on a sunny summer's day we go to
Flevonatuur by car. That's a naturist park and camping in Zeewolde, (in the Flevopolder,
below sea level). I would like to own a summerhouse there, but unfortunately I'm not very lucky
in the lottery.
In the winter, we often go on Saturday evening to a subtropical
swimming pool
(with sauna) in Egmond on Sea. Then there is a Naturist evening. It's not necessary to be a
member of any naturist club for the naturist hours in most of the swimming pools
in Holland, even for Flevonatuur or "het Twiske". (a great recreation
area between Amsterdam, Zaanstad and Purmerend).
